SHAWNEE NEIGHBORHOOD CHESS CLASSIC

The first annual Shawnee Neighborhood Chess Classic takes place on July 15, Saturday, 11 am at the Shawnee Branch library, 3918 West Broadway. No entry fee. All skill levels welcome! All ages!!

It will be a round robin, three rounds, at G/20 (which means we are using chess clocks). There also will be a bughouse section limited to four teams (of two). It too will be a round robin, three rounds, G/5.

Food and snacks provided. Bring your own drinks. Financial and materials donations appreciated (cash, cups, plates, Big K soda, tea, cold water, fruit trays, etc.).
